half-hour of coverage is $50 if paid more than 7 days before the wedding or $100 if paid less than 7 days before the wedding.
We always recommend starting the coverage at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony. That way your videographer will have time to get those beautiful shots of your ceremony arch, flowers, chairs, decorations, scenery, your guests arriving, etc. Usually, there is no way to do this during or after the ceremony.

If your package comes with video editing, please note that we have a standard editing process for every wedding that we capture. Detailed information about our edits and what's included is available on our video samples page. If you need anything custom or request changes after our work is complete, we would be happy to assist you as long as we're compensated for the extra time involved. The cost of extra editing depends on your specific requests and we would be happy to give you an estimate if/when it's needed.

If your package comes with a $300 edited ceremony movie or a $300 edited reception movie, please note that the prices of the above movies are based on the average length of the most important events that usually occur during weddings: walking down the aisle, exchanging wows, exchanging rings, grand entrance at the reception, first dance, toasts, mother-son dance, father-daughter dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter removal, etc. If your ceremony and/or receptions events take longer than the average, your videographer would have to spend extra time on editing your video and, therefore, additional charges will apply. Most ceremonies are 15-30 minutes long. If your ceremony is longer than 30 minutes, the price for each additional 5 minutes of edited video is $25. Most receptions are 2-3 hours long and 30 minutes of edited reception video is usually enough time to cover the most important events. However, sometimes toasts or other things can take much longer than expected and we may not be able to fit everything in a 30-minute video. If that's the case, the price for each additional 5 minutes of edited video is $25. Unfortunately, there is no way to predict how much time everything is going to take so we will ask you to pay for extra time only if it's necessary when the edited videos are compete.

External sound recorder - $150. Allows us to capture much higher quality audio for editing and post-production. If you add this service, please note that every DJ's equipment is different and we cannot give a 100% guarantee that it will work since it's out of our control.
Guest interviews (the videographer will be walking around the tables during dinner and asking guests to leave a special message for the newlyweds) - $100.

Would you like to spend 5 minutes with your videographer to get a couple of nice close-up video shots and record a short story about how you met your fiance/fiancee, how you fell in love and what you love the most about each other? If so, when do you think would be a good time for this?
Usually, the best time to do this is immediately after the ceremony (before you start taking photos with your photographer).
The most important events such as ceremony, toasts, first dance, etc. are filmed in full. During these events, all cameras are mounted on tripods, which allows the videographer to be aware of all angles and adjust cameras whenever it's necessary. Because DSLR cameras tend to overheat after approximately 15-20 minutes of continuous video shooting, your videographer will manually shut down each camera to let it cool down before it shuts down by itself. This allows us to prevent the cameras from overheating at the same time so you can still have everything captured in full. Depending on weather conditions, the process of cooling down usually takes less than a minute. If anything is missing on camera 1, it should be available on camera 2 and/or camera 3. As for other wedding activities such as photo taking, guests mingling, decorations, etc., overheating would not be an issue since those events are filmed in short pieces using camera 1 mounted on a monopod for nice and slow panning movement. If you have any questions/concerns regarding the above or would like to request anything else to be captured, please list it below so we can discuss it before your wedding day.
Due to the nature of wedding videography, it would be very helpful if someone gives us a 1-minute notice before anything important is about to happen (ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, etc.) This way we will be able to start recording from the very beginning. Otherwise, we might miss the beginning, especially if something happens spontaneously. If you have a wedding coordinator or a friend in charge, please make sure to let them know about this.

Which of the following is most important to you?
I would like my videographer not to get in the way of anyone and to be as transparent as possible. I'm willing to sacrifice closeup shots for the integrity of the ceremony and the comfort of my guests.
I really want to get beautiful closeup shots of ourselves and our guests so we can relive the day in the years to come. I'm willing to sacrifice some of our comfort for a more beautiful, higher quality video.
I prefer a reasonable combination of both options.
Is photography more important to you than video?
Yes, photography is definitely more important to me. In that case we may or may not be able to capture some of the special moments the way you would want to see it in the video and the overall quality of the footage may not be as good. However, your photographer will have a somewhat more comfortable work environment for taking amazing pictures. We will also try harder not to get in the way and we will comply with any requests from your photographer.
No, both photography and videography are equally important to me. In that case we ask you to please let your photographer know that video is just as important and ask them to try not to stand right in front of our cameras, not to move our tripod with the stationary camera and to be a bit more considerate towards the videographer. Unless directed otherwise, many photographers will assume they are a top priority and will do whatever it takes to get the “perfect” shots.
Videography is actually more important to me than photography. If you get more joy out of watching videos with live motion than looking through the still photos, then please let your photographer know about this. Many photographers are not familiar with how video production works and they often stand in front of our cameras without even realizing it. You may also give our contact information to your photographer so he or she can email us with any questions or concerns.

One (1) month after successful delivery. After that your video footage will be removed and we won't be able to help in case you lose the videos (Free).
Twelve (12) months after successful delivery. Two backup copies stored on two separate high quality external hard drives in a fireproof safe ($60).
Lifetime (forever). Two backup copies stored on two separate high quality external hard drives in a fireproof safe ($120).
