What is your desired coverage time frame? We recommend starting the coverage at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony. That way your videographer and/or photographer will have time to get shots of your ceremony arch, flowers, chairs, decorations, scenery, guests arriving, etc. It's usually impossible to do this during or after the ceremony. If you also want us to capture the getting ready part, putting on the dress, makeup, jewelry and other pre-ceremony activities, we recommend starting the coverage 2-3 hours before the start time of the ceremony. Each extra half-hour of coverage is $100 per person if requested at least 7 days in advance or $200 per person if requested within 7 days before the event (subject to availability).

I am interested in raw footage only. I understand that it includes hundreds of unnamed unedited numbered unstabilized video clips and they are not as enjoyable until it's edited. Fully edited ceremony with original sound. Fully edited reception with original sound. Edited highlight trailer with music (no original sound). Edited highlight trailer with music and your love story interview. Extended highlight video that combines edited ceremony, reception and trailer into one cinematic masterpiece.

If your package comes with the trailer, would you like to spend 15 minutes with the videographer (without the photographer) to "fake" some getting ready shots and/or get a closeup of the ring exchange, first kiss, dip, romantic walk, etc.? If your package comes with video editing, please note that we have a standard editing process for every wedding that we capture. Detailed information about our edits and what's included is available on our video samples page. If you need anything custom or request changes after our work is complete, we would be happy to assist you as long as we're compensated for the extra time involved. Add a 2nd videographer with an additional camera - starts at $750. This allows us to capture more and improve video quality. Licensed drone coverage including a 2nd videographer who will operate an additional camera when he is not operating the drone - starts at $750. Video booth (continuously running camera mounted on a tripod with a sign: "Please leave a message for the newlyweds") - $250. Digital photo booth - starts at $900. Includes props & 1 operator. No backdrop or image printing. All images delivered online. Expedited editing - starts at $350. The edits will be delivered via a download link within 5 days of the event date. Artistic and cinematic videography with upgraded cameras/lens/sound shot and edited personally by company owner - starts at $750.

What do you want us to film during cocktail hour? *

Our photo session with the photographer. Guests mingling, appetizers and reception decor. A little bit of both of the above, please.

Would you like to record a short 5-minute interview/story about how you met and fell in love? If so, when would be a good time for this? This option requires external camera mic to be included in your package. *

Important events such as ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, family dances, etc. are filmed with all cameras mounted on tripods, which allows the videographer to be mobile and move from one camera to another while adjusting the angles, zoom, focus and other settings. Short pieces of everything else (scenery, decor, guests mingling, details, etc.) are beautifully filmed with only one main camera for creative shots with motion. If you have any questions/concerns regarding the above or would like to request anything else to be captured, please list it below so we can discuss it before your event day. *

Due to the nature of wedding videography, it would be very helpful if someone gives us a 1-minute notice before anything important is about to happen (ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, etc.) This way we will be able to start recording from the very beginning. Otherwise, we might miss the beginning, especially if something happens spontaneously. If you have a wedding coordinator or a friend in charge, please make sure to let them know about this. *

Which of the following is most important to you? *

I would like my videographer and/or photographer not to get in the way of anyone and to be as transparent as possible. I'm willing to sacrifice closeup shots for the integrity of the ceremony and the comfort of my guests. I really want to get beautiful closeup shots of ourselves and our guests so we can relive the day in the years to come. I'm willing to sacrifice some of our comfort for a more beautiful, higher quality video and photos. I prefer a reasonable combination of both options.

Is photography more important to you than video? *

Yes, photography is definitely more important to me. In that case we may or may not be able to capture some of the special moments the way you would want to see it in the video and the overall quality of the footage may not be as good. However, your photographer will have a somewhat more comfortable work environment for taking amazing pictures. We will also try harder not to get in the way and we will comply with any requests from your photographer. No, both photography and videography are equally important to me. In that case we ask you to please let your photographer know that video is just as important and ask them to try not to stand right in front of our cameras, not to move our tripod with the stationary camera and to be a bit more considerate towards the videographer. Unless directed otherwise, many photographers will assume they are a top priority and will do whatever it takes to get the “perfect” shots. Videography is actually more important to me than photography. If you get more joy out of watching videos with live motion than looking through the still photos, then please let your photographer know about this. Many photographers are not familiar with how video production works and they often stand in front of our cameras without even realizing it. You may also give our contact information to your photographer so he or she can email us with any questions or concerns.
